Paths to Faithful Caregiving

Caring for an older adult can be very stressful. Without enough help, this stress can take a toll on a caregiver's emotional, financial and physical health.

Paths to Faithful Caregiving teaches family caregivers how to:

  • Manage stress and difficult emotions
  • Communicate more effectively
  • Create balance in life
  • Locate helpful resources
  • Find caregiving strength through their own unique spiritual practices

AgeOptions will not only train your staff/volunteers as facilitators of this amazing curriculum, we also provide technical assistance as you implement the program in your organization. Contact Chelsea Hawkins at for details.
